| Shipping Method: Heavenly Tea uses 3 methods of shipping. We use FedEx Ground Delivery, FedEx 2nd Day and FedEx Standard Overnight. |
| Order Turnaround Time: We ship most orders within 1-2 business days from the day of order placement. Orders placed over the weekend (after 3pm CST on Fridays) will be shipped out no earlier than Monday. |
| Next Day and FedEx 2nd Day Shipping: For website orders, Next Day and 2nd Day Shipping has already been calculated. For all phone and mail orders, use the chart below to calculate Next Day and 2nd Day shipping. Orders must be placed, or in our office no later than 12:00pm CST to be sent out the same day; to receive your order either Next Day or FedEx 2 Day. |

| Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii (and all other US Territories) To keep your cost as low as possible, we only ship FedEx Standard Ground to Alaska & Hawaii. For mail and phone orders add $10.00 to the above Standard Shipping & Handling. Delivery within 5-7 business days. |
| Shipping to Canada To keep your cost as low as possible, we only ship FedEX Standard International Ground to Canada. Orders will usually arrive within 10-14 business days. When you place a order with Heavenly Tea.com you authorize our customs broker to act as your agent with Customs and Revenue Canada to clear the products and process all duties and taxes. Any duties and taxes that might occur will be paid by you, the customer. |

| Return Policy Because of the nature of our business, health reasons, and to ensure high quality customer service, Heavenly Tea is unable to accept returns on any tea, food products or any opened products. We cannot resell used products and certainly do not want our customers to buy used products! Upon receiving your order , if you find that any products are damaged, please give us a call or email us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will work to ensure you either an exchange for the same product or a timely refund including Shipping and handling. |

| 3 Ways To Order We use PayPal for our payment processing. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express and Debit Cards with a Visa or Master card logo. If you choose to pay by check or money order, or want to mail your order; Print out the Order Form and include all applicable shipping. Please mail your order form and form of payment to the address below at the bottom of the page. Please allow a couple of extra days for shipping for check payments because we will not process your order until the check clears. We also accept phone orders. Have your order ready, call and place your order by credit card and the order turnaround time is the same as Internet orders. |
